1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 2jbte ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at 2jbte.net ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the 2jbte Platform, including without limitation the casino, sportsbook, live dealer games, VIP programme, and all related services.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing or using 2jbte in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 2jbte Platform.

These Terms apply alongside any additional terms, conditions, rules, or policies applicable to specific games, promotions, or services offered on 2jbte. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any specific game or promotional terms, the more specific terms shall prevail in relation to the specific matter to which they apply.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use 2jbte, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as verified by a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent government-issued identification;
• You are a human individual and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting through a nominee;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of a 2jbte employee in a role that may present a conflict of interest;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 2jbte or had your account suspended for breach of these Terms.

Mandatory Age Verification: 2jbte enforces mandatory CNIC-based age verification for all accounts prior to permitting real-money deposits, wagers, or withdrawals. Submission of a CNIC or equivalent document is a prerequisite to account activation. 2jbte reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification at any stage of the account relationship.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended. All deposits made to such an account will be returned net of any withdrawals previously made. Winnings associated with any gambling activity conducted while underage will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration

Registration on 2jbte requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You are required to keep this information current throughout the duration of your account relationship with 2jbte. Provision of false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each player is strictly permitted to hold one active account on 2jbte at any given time. The existence of multiple accounts in the name of the same individual, or multiple accounts linked by common CNIC, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or household address, constitutes a violation of these Terms. In such cases, 2jbte reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled wagers, and forfeit all bonus balances and winnings derived from unauthorised duplicate accounts.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jbte login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All transactions and wagers placed using your 2jbte login credentials will be treated as having been placed by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 2jbte support immediately.

2jbte reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any account at any time. This may include requests for proof of identity, proof of address, proof of source of funds, and/or proof of source of wealth. Accounts that do not complete EDD within the timeframe specified by 2jbte may have deposit and withdrawal functions suspended pending compliance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 2jbte are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. 2jbte does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may impose their own transaction charges for which 2jbte is not responsible.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your PKR wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment gateway. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the sending institution's processing time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are available exclusively to verified accounts. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from fully verified accounts are processed in approximately 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT, or the following business day for requests submitted thereafter.

2jbte reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, particularly where the volume, frequency, or pattern of transactions raises concern under anti-money-laundering or fraud prevention protocols. Where such verification is required, withdrawal processing timelines will be extended accordingly.

Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods previously used for deposits to the same account, or to bank accounts registered in the account holder's verified legal name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

2jbte offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, which supplement these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all bonus amounts credited to a 2jbte account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, game contribution percentages, and validity period are specified in each individual bonus offer.

• Bonus funds are applied to your account separately from real-money funds. Real money is wagered first unless otherwise specified.
• Not all game types contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per offer.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• 2jbte reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of promotional terms will be voided and associated winnings forfeited.

VIP Programme: Participation in the 2jbte VIP programme is subject to compliance with these Terms at all times. VIP status and associated benefits may be suspended or revoked at 2jbte's sole discretion in the event of any breach of these Terms or any conduct that 2jbte reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 2jbte are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, 2jbte's Platform rules shall prevail.

Sports Betting: All sportsbook wagers are governed by the 2jbte Sportsbook Rules. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to system availability and at 2jbte's sole discretion. 2jbte reserves the right to void or suspend any market at any time where market integrity cannot be assured, or where technical errors have caused odds to be displayed incorrectly.

Casino and Live Dealer Games: All casino and live dealer games on 2jbte use independently certified random number generator (RNG) technology or physically dealt cards and roulette wheels under live supervision. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

2jbte will not be held liable for any game interruption caused by network disconnection, power failure, device malfunction, or any other event beyond 2jbte's direct control. In the event of a game disconnection, 2jbte's server records shall be the definitive record of the state of play at the time of disconnection.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 2jbte and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods; chargebacks initiated in bad faith; manipulation of account balances through technical exploits.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live dealer, or other multiplayer game format available on 2jbte.
• Use of automated systems: Deployment of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting systems to place wagers on 2jbte without the express written permission of the Company.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, free bets, or promotional structures in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of the promotion and intended solely to generate risk-free profit.
• Money laundering: Use of the 2jbte Platform for any purpose related to the laundering of proceeds of criminal activity. 2jbte has a legal obligation to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Account sharing: Permitting any third party to access, operate, or wager using your 2jbte account.
• Minors: Knowingly allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your 2jbte account.

2jbte employs active fraud detection and responsible gaming monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 2jbte reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold pending withdrawals, void wagers, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

2jbte reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any supplemental game, bonus, or platform rules;
• Failure to complete mandatory age or identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Account holder's own request for self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools;
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as a period of 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction).

Dormant Accounts: Where a verified account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, 2jbte may charge a monthly account maintenance fee not exceeding PKR 200 per month against the remaining balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact 2jbte support.

Upon account closure at the player's request, any verified real-money balance remaining (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within 10 business days.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jbte Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game titles, data, and audio-visual material, is the property of 2jbte or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 2jbte Platform without the prior written consent of 2jbte or the relevant third-party rights holder. Unauthorised use of 2jbte's intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbte and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 2jbte Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

2jbte does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using 2jbte, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. You accept full and sole responsibility for all losses incurred through your gambling activity on the Platform. 2jbte accepts no responsibility for gambling-related financial losses suffered by players.

11 Privacy & Data

2jbte collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account on 2jbte, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

2jbte applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the 2jbte Platform. Personal data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers and is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (including payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud detection systems) strictly as required to deliver the Platform's services.

12 Responsible Gaming

2jbte is strongly committed to responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as entertainment. If gambling ceases to be entertaining and begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, 2jbte provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a 72-hour cooling period.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic alerts at intervals of your choosing to remind you of the time spent gambling.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing it.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account from real-money gambling with immediate effect. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

13 Amendments to Terms

2jbte reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 2jbte will notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of 2jbte following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jbte holds its international gaming licence.

Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute between you and 2jbte, you should first contact 2jbte's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. 2jbte will endeavour to resolve all genuine player complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

Formal Dispute Resolution: Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to the applicable regulatory authority or independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service designated by 2jbte's licensing authority. The decision of the ADR service shall be binding on both parties where agreed in writing.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
